Walnut raspberry brownie

Ingredients:
3 Unsweetened chocolate sqs
1/2 cupCrisco
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 tspVanilla
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupFlour
1 1/2 cupWalnuts, chopped
1/3 cupRaspberry jam
Procedures:
1Melt chocolate and crisco over warm water; cool slightly.
2Blend together eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt; stir in chocolate mixture, then flour.
3Fold in walnuts.
4Turn into well greased 8-inch square pan.
5Bake at 325°F for about 40 minutes.
6Spoon jam over hot brownies; spread carefully.
7Let cool.
8Top with velvet chocolate glaze.
