| pack | Yellow cake mix | | 1
| pack | Lemon instant pudding mix | | 16
| oz | Fruit cocktail, with syrup | | 1
| cup | Coconut | | 4
| | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Nuts, chopped | | | BUTTER GLAZE | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Evaporated milk | | 1 1/3
| cup | Coconut |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in a large mixer bowl. | | 2 | Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. | | 3 | Pour into greased and floured oblong dish. | | 4 | Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. | | 5 | Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. | | 6 | Do not underbake. | | 7 | Cool in pan 15 minutes. | | 8 | Spoon hot butter glaze over warm cake. | | 9 | Serve warm or cool with dream whip. | | 10 | If using glass baking dish, lower oven to 300°F butter glaze: combine first 3 ingredients and boiil in saucepan for 2 minutes. | | 11 | Stir in coconut and spoon over cake. |
