Triple berry cobbler

Ingredients:
1 cupBlackberry Royal Wine
- Mogen David brand
2/3 cupSugar
2 tbspCornstarch
5 cupBerries *
-fresh or unsweetened frozen
2 tspFresh orange peel
- finely grated
TOPPING
1 cupAll-purpose flour
2 tbspSugar
1 tspBaking powder
1/4 cupButter or margarine
- cut into small bits
1/2 cupMilk
Vanilla ice cream -OR-
- whipped cream
- lightly sweetened
Procedures:
1* choose any combination of 3: blackberries, ollalieberries, raspberries, boysenberries and blueberries.
2Heat oven to 400 degrees.
3In medium saucepan, stir together wine, sugar and cornstarch until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
4Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens.
5Stir in berries and orange peel; stir until berries are hot.
6Pour mixture into an 11- by 7- by 2-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole.
7To make topping, in a bowl combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
8With a fork, cut butter into flour mixture until mixture is crumbly.
9Stir in milk.
10(mixture will be lumpy).
11Drop batter by spoonfuls onto berries.
12Bake 20 to 30 minutes until topping browns.
13Serve cobbler warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
14Makes 6 servings.
