Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupFlour
2 tbspSugar
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupUnsalted butter, cold, cut i

1 largeEgg yolk, beaten with
1 1/2 tbspIce water
Procedures:
1In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, and salt.
2Add the butter and blend the mixture until it resembles coarse meal.
3Add the yolk mixture.
4Toss until liquid is incorporated.
5Form the dough into a ball.
6Dust with flour and chill it, wrapped in plastic wrap for 1 hour.
