Roasted moroccan spiced chicken

Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbsChicken
4 Garlic cloves
1 Lemon, halved
1/2 tspCumin, ground
1/2 tspCoriander, ground
1/2 tspPaprika
1/2 tspPepper, fresh grind
1/4 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
1/2 tspSalt
3 tbspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Pat chicken dry.
3Rub with flattened garlic cloves; place garlic in cavity.
4Squeeze lemon into small bowl; place lemon in cavity.
5Brush chicken with half of juice.
6Mix spices and salt and rub over and inside chicken.
7Tie legs together.
8Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet.
9Add chicken, breast side up.
10Add remaining lemon juice to skillet.
11Baste chicken withpan juices.
12Transfer to oven, and bake until juices run clear.
13Baste occasionally.
14Roast about 1 hour...
