Deep fried squid rings

Ingredients:
2 lbsSquid
1/2 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
2 Eggs
1 cupMilk
1 1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Cut 2 the cleaned squid body sacks into ? wide rings.
2Rinse well under cold running water.
3In deep fryer heat oil to 37In plastic bag combine flour, salt & pepper.
4Add a few squid rings at a time, shake until well coated.
5In a shallow bowl combine 2 eggs and 1 cup milk (beaten).
6Dip squid in liquid then in about 1-?cups italian bread crumbs.
7Fry a few at a time about 45 seconds or until golden brown.
8Drain and keep warm.
9Serve with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
