Ingredients:
1/4 cupHarissa sauce (preceeding)
1/2 cupOrange juice
1 tbspGrated orange peel
1/4 cupCider vinegar
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspGround cinnamon
3 lbsChicken
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except chicken to make a smooth sauce.
2Thin with orange juice if needed.
3Separate skin from chicken breast being careful not to cut the skin.
4Place some of the sauce between breast skin and breast.
5Cover chicken with the remainder of the sauce and marinate 3-4 hours in the refigerator.
6Bake chicken in a 350?f oven for two hours until done basting frequently with sauce.
7Cover chicken with aluminum foil if chicken browns too soon.
