Ingredients:

| cup | Harissa sauce (preceeding) | | 1/2
| cup | Orange juice | | 1
| tbsp | Grated orange peel | | 1/4
| cup | Cider vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Ground cinnamon | | 3
| lbs | Chicken |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except chicken to make a smooth sauce. | | 2 | Thin with orange juice if needed. | | 3 | Separate skin from chicken breast being careful not to cut the skin. | | 4 | Place some of the sauce between breast skin and breast. | | 5 | Cover chicken with the remainder of the sauce and marinate 3-4 hours in the refigerator. | | 6 | Bake chicken in a 350?f oven for two hours until done basting frequently with sauce. | | 7 | Cover chicken with aluminum foil if chicken browns too soon. | | 8 | Heat index = 4 |
