Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround beef or ground beef
-and pork
2 largeOnions (finely chopped)
1/2 lbsButter, divided
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cupChopped mushrooms (optional)
4 tbspSour cream (optional)
Procedures:
1Saute meat in 1/3 of butter till almost fully cooked.
2(meat should not be overcooked).
3Drain.
4Use balance of butter and saute onion till crystal clear.
5Add meat, seasonings and optional ingredients to taste.
6Let mixture cool
