Ingredients:
1 cupChocolate chips
1 cupHeavy cream
1 Egg
Whipped cream
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Place chocolate; egg, and flavoring in blender and chop.
2Heat cream until small bubbles appear at edge.
3Do not boil.
4With machine running, pour in hot cream.
5Blend until chocolateis melted and mixture is smooth.
6Pour into dessert dishes and cover with plastic and chill.
7Serve with whipped cream dollops.
