| cup | Almonds, finely chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Coconut Rum | | | CHEESE LAYER | | 24
| oz | Cream cheese, soft | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Coconut Rum | | 2
| can | Crushed pineapple, drain LGE | | 1
| cup | Coconut | | 1
| cup | Almonds, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream margarine, sugar and coconut rum, beat in flour until blended. | | 2 | Stir in nuts. | | 3 | Pat into 10 x 15 pan. | | 4 | Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Cheese layer: beat cheese, sugar, eggs and coconut rum until creamy. | | 7 | Stir in pineapple. | | 8 | Pour on baked crust. | | 9 | Mix nuts and coconut. | | 10 | Sprinkle over all. | | 11 | Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. | | 12 | Cool. | | 13 | Cut into bars |
