| cup | Popping corn | | | Zest of 1 lemon | | | Salt | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Melted butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Servings: 6 | | 2 | in a large heavy pot, heat corn oil over high heat until the oil smokes. | | 3 | Add 1 kernel popping corn and heat until kernel pops. | | 4 | Add rest of popping corn, cover pot, and shake gently until corn starts to pop. | | 5 | Shake vigorously until popping subsides. | | 6 | Remove from heat. | | 7 | Mix lemon juice with melted butter. | | 8 | Toss popcorn with lemon zest, salt, and butter/lemon juice. |
