Ingredients:
FRUIT MIXTURE
6 cupFroz. sliced peeled peaches
Thawed
1 tspCinnamon, if desired
TOPPING
3/4 cupAll-purpose flour, unbleached
1 cupRolled oats
3/4 cupBrown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cupMargarine, softened
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2Place peaches in ungreased 12x8 inch baking dish.
3Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off.
5In a large bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix until crumbly.
6Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over peaches.
7Bake at 375 °F for 25 to 35 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown.
8Serve warm with cream, ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
