Ingredients:
2 lbsGround chuck
1/2 lbsGround pork
2 cupItalian-flavored
Bread crumbs
4 Eggs
1 cupMilk
1 cupFresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cupGrated cheese
1 tbspOlive oil
2 clGarlic chopped
Very fine
1/2 cupPignoli (pine nuts)
(optional)
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2Let stand ?hour.
3Shape into medium size meatballs.
4Fry gently in olive oil until lightly browned, or place on foil on a cookie sheet and bake for ?hour at 350 degrees.
5Genly place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.

7You can double, or quadruple the recipe.
8After baking and cooling place in ziploc bags, and store in freezer.
