| tsp | Cumin | | 12
| tsp | Spike or parsley | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried oregano | | 1
| pinch | Mexican seasoning |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut avocado in half, remove seed, and scoop out pulp, reserving seed. | | 2 | In small bowl, mash with fork, mixing in seasonings. | | 3 | Whip with fork until creamy. | | 4 | If you are not going to serve guacamole immediately, return seed to bowl to prevent discoloration, cover tightly, and refrigerate until ready to use. | | 5 | Serve as dip for natural corn chips, celery stalks, or other raw vegetables |
