Ingredients:
6 Ripe nectarines
3 tbspPowdered sugar
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of ?a lemon
6 sliceAngel food cake
1 pintFresh blueberries
Procedures:
1Prepare grill and cover to build an intense heat.
2Remove nectarine pits and slice each one into 6 slices.
3Combine sugar, zest, lemon juice in a small bowl.
4Place 6 nectarine slices on a skewer and place on grill.
5Cook 5 minutes, turn and baste with glaze.
6Cook and baste for another 7 minutes.
7when fruit is just about done, toast cake slices on a cooler part of the grill, turning once.
8Serve toasted cake with grilled nectarines and handfuls of blueberries.
