Ingredients:
2 packFrozen artichoke hearts
X Flour for dredging
X Eggs for dipping
X Flavored bread crumbs
X Salt, pepper, garlic
-parsley, grated cheese
X Oil for frying
Procedures:
1Cook the artichoke hearts in water for about 3-4 minutes.
2Drain.
3When cool enough to handle, dredge in flour.
4Then dip in egg and in bread crumbs pressing the crumbs in gently with the palm of your hand.
5Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden.
6Drain and serve.
