Ingredients:
1 lbsPizza dough
Olive oil
Seasonings
Procedures:
1Let the dough rise for about 4 hours until double in size.
2Punch down and roll out to fit a shallow paking pan or pizza pan.
3The dough should be about 1 inch thick.
4Spread olive oil thinly on top.
5Salt and top with a season of you choice.
6I love rosemary.
7You can also add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, or any other herbs.
8Bake at 375°F for 25-30 min or until golden.
9Cut into squares and serve.
