| cup | FRIENDSHIP STARTER | | 3
| tsp | SUGAR | | 1
| tsp | SALT | | 6
| cup | FLOUR |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve yeast in water, then mix in starter. | | 2 | Stir in sugar and salt, then flour. | | 3 | Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. | | 4 | Place on a lightly floured board and cover. | | 5 | Let rise for 90 minutes or until doubled in bulk. | | 6 | Punch down, knead a bit and cut into 2 pieces. | | 7 | Shape into loaves and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. | | 8 | Sprinkle with a little water and let double in size. | | 9 | Bake in a 375 °F. | | 10 | Oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped on top. |
