Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter or margarine
1/3 cupChopped onions
1/3 cupChopped celery
4 cupBread crumbs or stuffing
1 canWater chestnuts
2 tspPoultry seasoning
1 tspBeau monde seasoning
1 cupChicken broth
1/2 cupAmaretto liquor
4 Chicken breasts, boneless
Glaze:
1 ?c light brown sugar
1/2 cupHoney (or butter)
1/2 cupOrange juice
1/3 cupAmaretto liquor
Procedures:
1Mix all of stuffing ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish.
2Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture (or place under stuffing mixture if desired more moist).
3If placed on top, baste from time to time with glaze sauce.
4Glaze sauce: combine and heat ingredients slowly in small heavy saucepan until sugar dissolves.
5Cool, and either baste chicken breasts during cooking, or serve as topping glaze at table.
