Ingredients:
1 largeBoboli shell or 4 small
1 tbspOlive oil
1 clGarlic, minced
1/2 cupOnions, sliced
1/2 cupRoasted red pepper strips
1/2 cupHeavy cream
2 tbspTomato paste
1/4 tspRed pepper flakes
1 cupCooked slivered chicken
Procedures:
1Bake boboli shell on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2Heat oil in skillet.
3Saute garlic in oil; remove garlic.
4Add onion to skillet and saute until tender.
5Add pepper strips, cream, tomato paste and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
6Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 2 to 3 minutes.
7Add chicken and heat.
8Spoon into cavity of boboli shell.
