| large | Boboli shell or 4 small | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 1/2
| cup | Onions, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Roasted red pepper strips | | 1/2
| cup | Heavy cream | | 2
| tbsp | Tomato paste | | 1/4
| tsp | Red pepper flakes | | 1
| cup | Cooked slivered chicken |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bake boboli shell on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. | | 2 | Heat oil in skillet. | | 3 | Saute garlic in oil; remove garlic. | | 4 | Add onion to skillet and saute until tender. | | 5 | Add pepper strips, cream, tomato paste and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. | | 6 | Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. | | 7 | Add chicken and heat. | | 8 | Spoon into cavity of boboli shell. |
