Ingredients:
1 packYeast
1/2 tspSugar
1 cupLuke warm water
3 1/4 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
1 tbspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Dissolve yeast in warm water.
2Combine 2 ?cups flour and the salt.
3Stir yeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough forms.
4On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 10 minutes, working in up to ?cup more flour, until dough is no longer sticky.
5Put dough in a well oiled bowl, cover and let rise for about 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
