Ingredients:
3/4 cupWater
2 tbspOlive or vegetable oil
2 cupGold Medal Better for
Batter Flour
1 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspFleischmann's Bread Machine
Yeast
Onion topping (below)
3/4 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except onion topping and cheeses in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2Select: dough/manual cycle.
3Grease cookie sheet.
4Pat dough into 12-inch circle on cookie sheet.
5Cover and let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until almost double.
6Prepare onion topping.
7Heat oven to 400°F.
8Make deep depressions in dough at 1-inch intervals with finger or handle of wooden spoon.
9Spread topping over dough.
10Sprinkle with cheeses.
11Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edge is golden brown.
12Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
13Serve warm.

15Cook onions and garlic in margarine 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are brown and caramelized; remove from heat.
