Ingredients:
1 lbsBoneless pork loin
-- cut into ?inch cubes
1 cupPlain lowfat yogurt
2 tbspOrange juice
1 tbspGround coriander
1/2 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspGround ginger
4 Barbecue skewers*
Procedures:
1*(if using bamboo skewers, soak in cold water for an hour before using) indulge in the far eastern flavors of curry on the grill.
2Serve with other indian favorites like flat bread and sliced mangoes and bananas.
3For marinade, in medium bowl stir together yogurt, orange juice and seasonings.
4Blend well.
5Add pork cubes to bowl, stir to coat with marinade.
6Cover and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
7Remove pork from marinade; with paper towels lightly pat dry.
8Skewer pork evenly on skewers.
9Grill over medium-hot coals, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes, until nicely browned.
