Ingredients:
5 1/2 ozGoat cheese
1 1/2 tspCoarsely ground black
Pepper
1 1/2 tspWhole pink peppercorns
1 1/2 tspWhole green peppercorns
2 tspExtra virgin olive oil
Procedures:
1Bring goat cheese to room temperature and place in a small bowl.
2Add black pepper and pink and green peppercorns.
3Blend together until peppercorns are incorporated.
4Line an 8-ounce ramekin or 1-cup bowl with plastic wrap.
5Transfer cheese mixture into ramekin and pack it down with the back of a spoon.
6Unmold ramekin onto serving plate.
7Smooth surface with a heated knife and drizzle with olive oil.
8Garnish with more pepper and peppercorns
