Ingredients:
2 Eggs
170 gramsSugar
170 gramsFlour
1 tbsp(heaped) ground anise seeds
Procedures:
1Beat the eggs and the sugar to fluffy cream.
2Add flour and anise.
3With 2 teaspoons place small heaps on your baking sheet.
4Let them dry overnight.
5Next morning heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius(!) bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes.
6They should keep their pale colour.
