Zucchini oatmeal muffins

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupFlour
1 1/2 cupSugar
1 cupChopped pecans
1/2 cupQuick-cooking oatmeal
-uncooked
1 tbspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
1 tspCinnamon
4 Eggs
1 medZucchini, finely shredded
3/4 Salad oil
Procedures:
1Grease 12 3inch muffin-pan cups.
2Preheat oven to 400.
3In large bowl, measure first 7 ingredients.
4In med bowl, beat eggs; stir in zucchini and oil.
5Stir mixture all at once into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
6Spoon lumpy batter into muffin cups.
7Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick trick works.
