Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground cooked ham | | 3/4
| cup | Soft bread crumbs | | 3/4
| cup | Unsweetened pineapple juice | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/2
| lbs | Ground beef | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Maple flavored syrup | | | Hot cooked rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine ham, ground beef, bread crumbs and milk. | | 2 | Mix well. | | 3 | Shape into eighteen 1 ? meat balls. | | 4 | Place in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. | | 5 | Bake uncovered at 350°F. for 20 minutes. | | 6 | Combine pineapple juice, syrup and cornstarch in small saucepan. | | 7 | Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. | | 8 | Pour over meatballs. | | 9 | Bake 20 min. longer. | | 10 | Serve over rice. | | 11 | Makes 6 servings. | | 12 | To use as party food on a buffet, make balls in minature size, serve in sauce and use toothpicks for serving |
