Glazed shoyu chicken wings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsChicken wings
3 Green onions, cut in 2" piec
3 tbspDry sherry
1/4 cupDark soy sauce
2 tspSugar
Sesame seeds, if desired
Procedures:
1Remove tips from wings.
2Leave whole or cut at joint.
3Place onions in large wok or pan on medium heat.
4Stir in sherry and soy sauce.
5Add sugar and bring to a full boil.
6Reduce heat and place chicken in mixture.
7Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally or until done.
8Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
