Ingredients:
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspHot water
4 Lemons
1/2 partBacardi Light Rum?/td>
5 tbspmint leaves
1 Tea Bag
2 partBoiling Water
1 partGinger Ale
Procedures:
1Dissolve honey in warm water.
2Put liquid honey, lemon juice and rum together in tall jug.
3Add mint leaves and leave to stand while brewing tea.
4Pour boiling water in a jug and steeped tea bag for 5 minutes.
5Remove tea bag and chill tea.
6Pour chilled tea and dry ginger ale into rum mixture.
7Stir well.
8To serve: pour over one ice cube in each glass.
9Serve in: Punch Bowl
