German streusel coffee cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cupMilk
2 tbspSugar
1/4 cupButter (or marg.)
1 tspSalt
1 packYeast, dry
14 cupWater, very warm
1 Egg
2 cupFlour, all-purpose, approx.
1/2 cupFlour, all-purpose
1/2 cupSugar
1 tspCinnamon, ground
1/4 cupButter (or marg.)
Procedures:
1Scald milk; pour into large mixing bowl; add sugar, ?cup butter, and 1 teaspoon salt, and cool to lukewarm.
2Dissolve yeast in ?cup very warm water; add yeast mixture and egg to milk mixture and stir well.
3Add 2 to 2-?cups flour gradually, beating well after each addition.
4Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour).
5Spread in a greased 13x9x2" pan.
6Combine ?cup flour, ?cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
7With a fork or pastry blender, cut in ?cup butter.
8Sprinkle over the mixture in pan.
9Let rise until doubled in bulk (30 to 45 minutes).
10Bake at 375 °F for 20 to 25 minutes.
