| tsp | Cinnamon, ground | | 1/4

Procedures:
| 1 | Scald milk; pour into large mixing bowl; add sugar, ?cup butter, and 1 teaspoon salt, and cool to lukewarm. | | 2 | Dissolve yeast in ?cup very warm water; add yeast mixture and egg to milk mixture and stir well. | | 3 | Add 2 to 2-?cups flour gradually, beating well after each addition. | | 4 | Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour). | | 5 | Spread in a greased 13x9x2" pan. | | 6 | Combine ?cup flour, ?cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. | | 7 | With a fork or pastry blender, cut in ?cup butter. | | 8 | Sprinkle over the mixture in pan. | | 9 | Let rise until doubled in bulk (30 to 45 minutes). | | 10 | Bake at 375 °F for 20 to 25 minutes. |
