Curried beef & potatoes

Ingredients:
3/4 lbsBeef Top Round steak
1/2 cupBeef broth
1/4 tspSalt
3/4 cupChopped Green or Red Pepper
1 tspCurry powder
2 xSm Potatoes, halved *
2 tspCornstarch
3/4 cupChopped Onion
1 tbspCooking oil
Med Tomato, coarsely chopped
Procedures:
1* halved and thinly sliced (?lb total) partially freeze meat.
2Thinly slice across the grain into bite sized strips.
3Set aside.
4Cook sliced potatoes in boiling water about 5 minutes or till tender.
5Drain and set aside.
6Meanwhile, for sauce, stir together beef broth, cornstarch, and salt.
7Set aside.
8Spray a wok or large skillet with pam.
9Heat over med-high heat.
10Add onion and stir fry about 2 minutes.
11Add green or red pepper and stir fry about 2 minutes more or till vegetables are crisp-tender.
12Remove from wok.
13Add oil to hot wok.
14Add beef and curry powder.
15Stir fry 2-3 minutes or till beef is done.
16Push beef from center of the wok.
17Stir sauce and add to center of wok.
18Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
19Stir in onion mixture, potatoes, and tomato.
20Cook and stir all ingredients for 1 minute or till heated through.
