Ingredients:
4 cupMilk, skim
12 ozMilk, evaporated skim
4 eachEggs
1/2 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Heat milk, canned milk, eggs, and sugar over medium heat about 10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
2Do not boil.
3Stir over a bowl of ice water 2 minutes.
4Stir in vanilla; cover and chill 4-24 hours.
5Add more skim milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
6Top with ground nutmeg just before serving.
7Per ?cup serving: 99 cal, 1 gm fat
