Garlic sauce

Ingredients:
1 Large head of garlic
1 cupOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
10 Slices white bread
1/2 cupWhite vinegar
3 tbspWater
Procedures:
1Peel and crush the garlic, the entire head.
2Remove the crusts from the white bread, and place the crustless bread in a mixing bowl.
3Add the garlic along with the olive oil and vinegar.
4Let this soften for 1 hour.
5Beat with an electric mixer until all is smooth.
6Don"t do this with a food processor as it will be too smooth.
7Add lemon juice, slowly add water while the mixer is running so you will have a thick and fluffy sauce
