| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tbsp | Pepper | | 4
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 3
| | Cloves fresh garlic, crushed | | 4
| tbsp | Mayonnaise | | 1 1/2
| cup | Fine dry bread crumbs | | 1
| tbsp | Crushed basil leaves | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped parsley | | 1/2
| tbsp | Dill weed | | 1/2
| cup | Melted butter | | 4
| tbsp | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Shell and devein shrimp. | | 2 | Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and mayonnaise. | | 3 | Stir in shrimp and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. | | 4 | Mix bread crumbs, basil, parsley and dill. | | 5 | Coat each shrimp with crumbs and place in single layer in shallow baking dish. | | 6 | Stir melted butter and olive oil into remaining marinade. | | 7 | Pour over shrimp. | | 8 | Bake at 400 °F for 15 minutes |
