Dill pickles by the jar

Ingredients:
1 quartSmall fresh cucumbers
4 eachHeads fresh dill
2 eachGarlic cloves
BRINE
1/2 cupCider vinegar
1 1/2 cupWater
2 tbspPlain salt (non-iodized)
Procedures:
1Combine vinegar, water and salt, bring to boil.
2Remove stem and blossom ends from cucumbers, wash well.
3Prick with fork.
4Place dill and garlic in jar, pack in cucumbers.
5Pour boiling brine over to cover.
6Wipe jar rims and seal.
7Allow 2 weeks minimum for pickles to cure before using.
