Ingredients:
1/2 lbsGround beef
1/2 lbsBulk pork sausage
1 medOnion
1 canTomato paste (6 oz)
1 cupWater
1/2 tspOregano
1/2 tspSalt
4 cupElbow macaroni, cooked
1 cupSharp cheddar cheese
-shredded
Procedures:
1Recipe by: hunt"s tomato paste recipe collection in a 10-inch skillet, brwon beef, sausage and onion; drain fat.
2add tomato paste, water, oregano and salt; simmer 5 minutes.
3in a 2 ?quart casserole layer half the macaroni, half the meat sauce and half the cheese.
4Repeat layers using remaining macaroni, meat sauce and cheese.
5bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
