Grandma's greek garbanzo soup^

Ingredients:
2 medOnions, chopped
2 Stalks celery, chopped
2 clGarlic, minced
5 cupChicken stock
2 Carrots, chopped
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 can(16oz) no salt added tomato
-sauce
1/4 tspPepper
2 can(1 lb0 garbanzo beans
-rinsed and drained
1 cupCooked white kidney beans
-rinsed and drained
1 tbspChopped parsley
Procedures:
1Saute onions, celery and garlic in ?cup stock in a large saucepan until soft.
2Add carrots, bell pepper, tomato sauce, pepper and remaining stock.
3Simmer 20 minutes.
4Add 1 cup garbanzo beans and the kidney beans.
5Cook 2-3 minutes.
6Puree half the mixture in a food processor fitted with the metal blade and return to pan.
7Add remaining garbanzo beans and parsley.
8Cook 5 minutes.
9Serve hot.
