Ingredients:

| cup | Chicken broth | | 4
| small | Thinly sliced onion | | 1/4
| cup | Minced fresh parsley | | 1/4
| tsp | Minced fresh oregano | | 1/4
| tsp | Minced fresh chervil | | | Salt | | | Freshly ground pepper | | 4
| med | Thinly sliced zucchini | | 2
| cup | Shelled fresh green pea | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Prepared horseradish | | 1
| tsp | Fresh lemon juice | | 2
| cup | Half and half | | | Garnish | | | Sliced rounds lemon | | | Sliced rounds zucchini |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine chicken broth, onions, parsley, oregano, chervil and salt and pepper to taste in large saucepan and bring to boil. | | 2 | Add zucchini and boil until tender, about 5 minutes. | | 3 | Transfer mixture to blender. | | 4 | Cook peas in boiling salted water until tender. | | 5 | Drain. | | 6 | Add to blender and puree until smooth. | | 7 | Add sugar, horseradish and lemon juice and blend thoroughly. | | 8 | Mix in half and half. | | 9 | Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours. | | 10 | Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. | | 11 | Ladle soup into bowls. | | 12 | Garnish with lemon and zucchini rounds. |
