Herbed zucchini-pea soup

Ingredients:
2 cupChicken broth
4 smallThinly sliced onion
1/4 cupMinced fresh parsley
1/4 tspMinced fresh oregano
1/4 tspMinced fresh chervil
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
4 medThinly sliced zucchini
2 cupShelled fresh green pea
2 tbspSugar
2 tspPrepared horseradish
1 tspFresh lemon juice
2 cupHalf and half
Garnish
Sliced rounds lemon
Sliced rounds zucchini
Procedures:
1Combine chicken broth, onions, parsley, oregano, chervil and salt and pepper to taste in large saucepan and bring to boil.
2Add zucchini and boil until tender, about 5 minutes.
3Transfer mixture to blender.
4Cook peas in boiling salted water until tender.
5Drain.
6Add to blender and puree until smooth.
7Add sugar, horseradish and lemon juice and blend thoroughly.
8Mix in half and half.
9Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
10Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
11Ladle soup into bowls.
12Garnish with lemon and zucchini rounds.
