Ingredients:
1/2 lbsBacon, diced
1 largeOnion, diced
1 cupCelery, diced
3 #303 cn cream corn
2 largePotatoes, diced
Milk to taste
Procedures:
1Boil potatoes until done - drain.
2Place bacon in large (5 qt).
3Kettle and fry until crisp.
4Add onion and celery.
5Simmer over low heat until vegetables are limp.
6Drain off excess fat.
7Add 3 cans creamed corn, boiled potatoes and milk to bring to desired consistency.
8Add lots of salt and pepper to desired taste.
9Heat to boiling point, but don"t boil.
