Leftover chopped turkey ham

Split peas

Thinly sliced carrots

Medium onion, chopped

Allspice

Pepper

Bay leaf
Procedures:

Heat leftover ham, peas, carrots, onion and 7 cups of water in dutch oven.

Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours or until peas are soft.

Remove bay leaf and serve.
