| oz | White beans, drained&rinsed | | 2
| | Zucchini, trimmed, 1/ | | | -4'd, sliced thin | | 1
| lbs | Spinach, stemmed&washed | | 2
| tbsp | Cider vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Freshly grated paremesan |

Procedures:
