| | Stewed tomatoes 1 pound can | | 1
| can | Tomato sauce, 8 oz can | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1
| pack | Onion soup mix | | 1
| pack | Frozen mixed vegetables | | | -partially thawed | | 1/2
| cup | Alhabet noodles, uncooked |

Procedures:
| 1 | Using the beef stew meat which is already cut up, place the meat, combined with the stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and soup mix into crockpot. | | 2 | Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. | | 3 | Turn to high, add vegetables that have been partially thawed, and nookles. | | 4 | Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. |
