Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese
1/2 tbspSalt
1/2 tbspGarlic
1 dashGround pepper
7 ozClam
1/4 cupClam broth
1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Using garlic press, squeeze pulp and juice into softened cheese.
2Cream with a spoon until smooth.
3Gradually add the remaining ingredients, blending until smooth.
4For thinner dip, add more clam broth.
5Serve with crackers, chips or veggies
