Ingredients:
1/4 cupMilk
1/4 cupWarm water
2 tspSalad oil
1 packYeast
1/2 cupWarm water
2 tspSugar
1 1/4 tspSalt
2 1/3 cupFlour
Procedures:

2Cool to lukewarm.
3Sprinkle the yeast on ?c warm water; stir until dissolved; add with sugar and salt to the cooled milk mixture.
4Stir the liquid into the flour just enough to blend thoroughly.
5Cover; let stand in a warm place for 12-18 hours to sour.
