Garlicky garbanzo bean dip

Ingredients:
3 cupGarbanzo Beans, Cooked
1/2 cupTahini, Sesame Paste
1 tspCumin, Ground
1/4 cupWater
1/3 cupLemon Juice
GARNISHES
Lemon Slices
Paprika
1 tbspSalt
Parsley, Chopped
1 1/2 tbspGarlic, Chopped
2 tbspOlive Oil
Procedures:
1Puree the beans with the water in a food processor or blender to the consistency of a smooth, mashed-potatolike paste.
2(the beans can also be mashed with the water by hand) add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin.
3Continue mixing until light and fluffy.
4Put into a serving bowl and swirl in the olive oil.
5Sprinkle on paprika and garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
6Serve at room temperature.
7Makes about 4 ?cups of dip.
8Suggested dippers: pita bread triangles, celery, carrots, fennel, cheddar chees
