Ingredients:
2 cupFlour 1 tb Dry yeast
2 1/2 cupLukewarm water
Procedures:
1Mix in a non-metallic container.
2Let stand 24 hours (loosely covered) at room temperature.
3Feed with equal parts white flour and water after every use.
4Keep in the refrigerator and use weekly.
5Else store in freezer.
6Bring to room temperature before use.
