Garlic & chickpea dip

Ingredients:
8 ozChickpeas, soaked & cooked
2 eachGarlic bulbs, boiled whole
-- for 20 minutes, drained
4 ozOlive oil
2 eachJuice of lemons
3 ozTahini
Black pepper
4 tbspFresh chopped parsley
Tomatoes to garnish
Procedures:
1Blend the chickpeas till well pureed.
2Squeeze the garlic cloves from their skins & add to the chickpeas.
3Put in the oil, lemon juice & tahini.
4Blend again.
5Add pepper & parsley & mix well.
6Put the mixture into an oiled mould & chill for 2 hours.
7Turn it onto a plate & garnish with tomato wedges or slices.
