Ingredients:
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspBaking soda
2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupSourdough starter
1/4 cupVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Combine dry ingredients, mixing well.
2Stir in sourdough starter and oil.
3Turn dough out on a floured surface.
4Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
5Shape dough into 2-inch balls.
6Place in greased pan.
7Let rise, covered, for 30-40 minuts.
8Bake at 425 °F for 15-17 minutes.
