Ingredients:
2 eachGarlic heads, unpeeled but
-- heads separated
1 eachBay leaf, crumbled
6 cupWater
1/2 cupChopped fresh parsley
1/2 tspSage
1/2 tspCurry powder
1 pinchSaffron
1 largeOnion, peeled & quartered
2 eachCelery stalks, cut to thirds
Procedures:
1Wrap garlic & bay leaf in a cheesecloth.
2Place with all other ingredients in a soup pot.
3Cover & bring to a boil.
4Loweer heat & simmer for 25 minutes.
5Remove from heat & let cool slightly.
6Remove garlic & bay leaf.
7Puree the broth & vegetables in a blender.
8Season to taste &f desired & serve.
