Ingredients:
2 packFrozen salmon steaks(12oz)
1/8 tspGround pepper
1/2 cupDry red wine
2 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspCornstarch
1 tspSalt
1 tbspButter or margarine, melted
1/4 cupFinely chopped onion
1 tbspWater, cold
1/2 cupSeedless green grapes
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 475".
2Place frozen salmon steaks in buttered baking dish, 12x8x2 inches.
3Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with melted butter.
4Bake uncovered 15 minutes.?while steaks are baking, heat wine, onion and lemon juice to boiling in 1 ?quart saucepan; reduce heat.
5Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
6Stir water into cornstarch; stir into wine sauce.
7Heat to boiling.
8Boil and stir 1 minute.
9Stir in grapes.
10Spoon sauce over salmon.
11Bake uncovered 5 minutes.?/td>
